The results showed us that there is a low positive correlation with a value of Rho = 0.392 and a significance of 0.012, thus enabling us to accept the hypothesis raised regarding the existence of a correlation between the variables studied.La investigación pretendió conocer si la inteligencia emocional se relaciona con el clima laboral en los docentes de un colegio de Morales en el periodo 2020, fue un estudio de tipo básica y de diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y enfoque correlacional, participaron 60 docentes de ambos sexos como población y como muestra 40 docentes, que respondieron dos cuestionarios: el Inventario Emocional de BarOn para medir la inteligencia emocional y la Escala de CL-SPC de Sonia Palma para medir el clima laboral.
