According to statistics from the Interagency Coordination for Refugees and Migrants of Venezuela (2023): more than six million people have moved to Latin America and the Caribbean. The objective of this research is to know the process of educational inclusion of Venezuelan boys, girls and adolescents in the public educational system. It is hypothesized that education depends on two factors: the employment situation of the parents and their immigration status. Results show that learning is linked to a cultural, symbolic and social dynamic. Furthermore, Ecuador lacks a public policy for the inclusion of migrants in daily life and the recognition of their rights. On the other hand, the training of teachers with an intercultural approach and a global vision is urgent and transcendental.El movimiento poblacional de Venezuela es el más grande de América Latina: actualmente 7 millones de venezolanos han abandonado su país. Según estadísticas de la Coordinación Interagencial para Refugiados y Migrantes de Venezuela (2023), 6,10 millones de personas se han desplazado hacia América Latina y el Caribe. El objetivo de esta investigación es conocer el proceso de inclusión educativa de niños, niñas y adolescentes venezolanos/as en el sistema público. Se plantea como hipótesis que la educación depende de dos factores: la situación laboral de los padres de familia y su estatus migratorio. Los resultados demuestran que el aprendizaje está ligado a una dinámica cultural, simbólica y social. Además, el Estado ecuatoriano carece de una política pública para la inclusión de los migrantes en la cotidianidad y en el ejercicio de sus derechos.
