This paper proposes design thinking as a methodological tool applicable to legal science,  riefly outlining the possibilities for its use in fields such as regulatory and deregulatory practice.El design thinking, como proceso y metodología, se centra en el usuario. Es una propuesta de proceso libre pero sistemático de gestión de la creatividad para la innovación en cinco etapas. Una vez aplicado, transforma la «práctica tradicional» de la generación de ideas hacia un pensamiento basado en la comprensión profunda de las necesidades del usuario.
