Thus, it begins by exposing the control under which human life is currently. In this scenario, authoritarianism looms, destabilizing all possible democracy. Then, the errors of capitalism are shown and, immediately, the evident conflict between vital and economic values ​​that has occurred is reviewed. Finally, the consumerism of this society is analyzed.En este trabajo se estudia el tema de la pandemia y sus consecuencias sociales, políticas y económicas. Su objetivo es analizar la situación actual y se basa en la recopilación e interpretación de textos filosóficos. El principal aporte del presente ensayo es el de criticar los aspectos más problemáticos del capitalismo que han salido a relucir a raíz de esta crisis. Así, se inicia exponiendo el control bajo el cual se encuentra la vida humana en la actualidad. En este escenario, el autoritarismo se asoma desestabilizando toda posible democracia. Luego, se mostró los errores del capitalismo y, enseguida, se revisa el evidente conflicto entre valores vitales y económicos que se ha producido.
