According to the schedule, this meeting had the character of a workshop, in which group work was carried out with cards prepared for the parents, teachers, students, and institutions that participated in the meeting.El 4 de diciembre de 1999, en la ciudad de Sicuani, provincia de Canchis, se realizó el "Encuentro regional sobre el plan piloto de bachillerato", en cumplimiento del compromiso de acción asumido por la Mesa de Educación en la Semana Social del Sur Andino, que consiste en dar seguimiento crítico a la experiencia piloto del bachillerato.
