That interest, is a renewed look at education, acquires greater importance in a period of political regime change. Due to the eventful delay in the publication of this number, we can reflect on the context of political transition in which it will be released to the public. Thus, as in other decades, we are facing changes, not only in the Government but also in the organization of the State and its relations with society. This should translate into responsibility for those of us who are operating from civil society.La revista Allpanchis contribuye nuevamente a la reflexión educativa de sus aspectos actualmente relevantes. Siendo la educación un asunto crucial para el desarrollo y la emancipación humana, es de interés permanente del Instituto de Pastoral Andina. Ese interés, es una mirada renovadora a la educación, adquiere una importancia mayor en un período de cambio de régimen político. Debido al accidentado retraso en la publicación de este número, podemos reflexionar sobre el contexto de transición política en que saldrá al público. Así pues, como en otras décadas, nos tocan cambios, no sólo de Gobierno sino de la organización del Estado y sus relaciones con la sociedad.
