A los asuntos civiles y políticos se han ido sumando los económicos, sociales, culturales, religiosos, ecológicos... También hoy se marcan derechos de la mujer, de la juventud, de la niñez. Todos estos empeños tienen contenidos nuevos, si valoramos el modo andino de ser "humanos" y de correlacionarse con el medio ambiente y con lo sagrado.
