But the difficulties for its understanding and implementation begin when we put the word equity before it, that is, "gender equity", which we define as complementary, equal opportunities, equal value of men and women, both united in the construction of a new world.Género: Increíblemente, esta palabra está muy de moda en todos los ambientes y espacios, y se dice que el concepto género lo podemos hallar en cada una de las nuestras diarias acciones; es más, estuvo presente desde los inicios de la humanidad.
