Thus, speaking means, at the same time, objectifying the referential world, saying something to another and establishing bonds of either cohesion or social discrimination. As far as Peru is concerned, our geographical and social reality is "learned" under the signs of particular languages: Spanish, Quechua, Aymara and numerous other languages existing in our territory.El lenguaje no es sólo una actividad puesta al servicio del conocimiento y la comunicación; es, igualmente, un instrumento de poder que actúa al interior de una sociedad y en las relaciones interpersonales. Así, hablar quiere decir, al mismo tiempo, objetivar el mundo referencial, decir algo a otro e instaurar lazos ya sea de cohesión o de discrimen social.
