Among the most notable are the transition from an annual periodicity (sometimes with longer intervals) to a semiannual one, the regular strengthening of the editorial team, the implementation of blind peer review, and the exclusive publication in digital format. The cover design has also changed more than once during this time, as has the layout of the texts on its pages. All these changes, it should be noted, have been positive.La revista Turismo y Patrimonio cumple 25 años desde su primera publicación. El tiempo transcurrido, un cuarto de siglo, ha sido testigo de los cambios que ha experimentado la revista. Destacan, por ejemplo, el paso de una periodicidad anual (a veces con un lapso mayor) a una semestral, el potenciamiento periódico del equipo editorial, la incorporación de la revisión por pares ciegos o la exclusiva publicación en formato digital. También cambió el diseño de su portada más de una vez en este tiempo. Lo mismo con la diagramación de los textos en sus páginas.
