This gradual process and on a global scale continues to pose challenges that destinations, companies and people must face. In that framework, in the issue 22 of the Tourism and Heritage magazine, we present eight articles that deal with topics related to resilience, culture and identity, quality of service, gastronomy and sustainability. That is, they develop those themes related to the challenges to be faced (general and specific) mentioned above. |
