La conización en esta serie, constituye el mejor procedimiento para el diagnóstico de las lesiones invasivas y se debe utilizar preferently como una guía para el tratamiento individual. La histerectomía sin conización previa como se practica en 27 casos se lleva a cabo como un riesgo para el paciente, mientras que el enfoque conservador con conización sola seguida de un control adecuado rinde excelentes resultados terapéuticos.
