Ya sea como única molestia o acompañante a otros problemas de diferente relevancia. Dependiendo de las series de investigación, la candidiasis suele encontrarse disputando el primer o segundo lugar en el diagnóstico diferencial de las diferentes causas de molestias vulvovaginales y flujo.
