In three patients cesarean hysterectomy was performed. The post-operative mobility was 16.1%.Se revisaron 464 operaciones cesáreas efectuadas entre los años 1968-1972 con una incidencia del 12.27 por ciento. Se hace estudios de la edad, paridad, indicaciones, anestesia, tipos de casárea y complicaciones ocurridas en estas pacientes. Las indicaciones más frecuentes fueron cesárea iterativa (36.8%), desproporción céfalo pélvica (18.3%) y sufrimiento fetal (12%). Se encontró diferencia de cesárea previa en cuatro pacientes. En tres pacientes se efectuó cesárea histerectomía.
