| Sumario: | Two cases of pregnancy occurring in women suffering of genital TBC are presented; both pregnancies ended in premature delivery of fetuses who died immediately after born; the diagnosis was made by the histologic examination of the endometrial tissue; the authors revise the literature remarking the low coincidence of genital TBC and pregnancy and commenting the mechanisms of fetal infection that can occur the poor prognosis for the product. |
