Descripción
Sumario:We report 20 cases of T.B.C. genital, each with its hysterosalpingography and anatomic-pathologic confirmation. We try to give a fair value to the HSG as an auxiliary method of diagnosis, aided by the background of the patient. We conclude by gathering positive data we have provided 15% of attributable exclusively to this auxiliary diagnostic method: in fact, the signs suggesting hysterosalpingography suspected TBC genital we describe in detail in this paper and are not the classics, we were encouraged to negative biopsies, repeat them as directed by hysterosalpingography to scrape only the suspicious area and urge the anatomic pathologist to look stubbornly specificity, this we It has provided, in most cases, the anatomical-pathological positivity had not been attempted or without hysterosalpingography help clarify. We believe that this 15% attributable to this auxiliary diagnostic method could rise by an even closer look at the hysterosalpingography study of infertile women.
