In our environment it occurs at a younger age than those reported by the INEN Quite a number not receive specialist treatment for absenteeism and after not having appropriate means to do so.Se ha hecho el estudio de 128 casos de carcinoma de cuello uterino y se ha establecido comparaciones con los hallazgos de otros centros hospitalarios y el Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas. El cáncer de cuello uterino en el Hospital de Huancayo es menos frecuente que en otras estadísticas, aunque no practicamos su detección sino de forma muy limitada. En nuestro medio se presenta a una edad más temprana que lo señalado por el I.N.E.N.
