In these centers it also has the necessary and adaptable to each case elements. Finally, the far of treated patients, routing control enables future therapy in search of better returns.La Cirugía Conservadora de los ovarios debe su desarrollo al perfeccionamiento de los métodos del diagnóstico integral de la moderna ginecología, en los cuales están incluidos los procedimientos clínicos, instrumentales, de Laboratorio y Radiológicos, destinados a la valoración funcional del aparato genital femenino. Estos métodos tienen gran importancia para la calificación del cuadro clínico y sirven también para orientar, a la luz de los conocimientos actuales, las diversas técnicas quirúrgicas. Los resultados de la Cirugía Radical de las neoplasias malignas del ova rio, dependen fundamentalmente de su integración con la Quimioterapia y las Radiaciones. Los mejores resultados, apreciados por la sobrevida o curación, se obtienen en los Institutos Especializados donde se acumula la experiencia de los años, traducida por los datos estadísticos y que consigna los éxitos felices y los fracasos. En dichos Centros se dispone, además, de los elementos indispensables y adaptables a cada caso.
