Sumario:Conservative surgery of the ovaries owes its development to improving the comprehensive assessment methods of modern gynecology, which are included in clinical, instrumental, laboratory and radiological procedures, for the functional assessment of the female genital tract. These methods are of great importance for the qualification of clinical and also serve to guide the light of current knowledge, the various surgical techniques.
