In the second place, the questions that seek the abandonment of the cultural project that gave rise to rights: the Enlightenment and modern project. In each case, the ideas expressed imply a particular anthropological approach, as well as a position on the philosophy underlying human rights.El presente ensayo aborda dos aspectos respecto a las reflexiones en torno a los derechos humanos. En primer lugar, el autor desarrolla un análisis sobre el individualismo que exacerba la individualidad hasta prescindir de la comunidad y negar la responsabilidad del individuo en el desarrollo de los demás. En segundo lugar, los cuestionamientos que buscan el abandono del proyecto cultural que dio origen a los derechos: el proyecto ilustrado y moderno.
