It covers his beginnings in the trade activity, the creation of his network and commercial company, and the space in which he worked and applied a series of strategies that turned him into the most representative authority of the merchant guild. It also includes the modalities of negotiation (intercolonial and distance commerce), the products dispatched and the profitability of the activity that was deployed.The aim is to show the peculiar characteristics of the Trujillo market and its agents at the end of the viceroyalty period. |
