In this sense, the author reflects on the normative basis for the delimitation of this responsibility, as well as its approach in international criminal law and the jurisprudential criteria developed on the subject.El presente trabajo se enfoca en la determinación de la responsabilidad jurídica de las empresas multinacionales, o a sus ejecutivos, por complicidad en las violaciones a los derechos humanos cometidas por gobiernos o por fuerzas militares de países extranjeros en donde realizan sus actividades comerciales.
