The analysis highlights the tensions between the pursuit of procedural efficiency and the requirement to guarantee real, timely, and effective access to constitutional justice, in accordance with Articles 8 and 25 of the American Convention on Human Rights.El texto analiza críticamente el Nuevo Código Procesal Constitucional peruano a la luz de los estándares del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos, particularmente en relación con la tutela judicial efectiva, el debido proceso y el control de convencionalidad.A partir de un diálogo plural entre distintas posturas doctrinales, se examinan reformas clave como el traslado de la competencia del hábeas corpus, la regulación del rechazo liminar, la omisión expresa del amparo colectivo y las restricciones introducidas al uso de la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana.
