description The main goal of this paper is to carry out an exploratory study on the job satisfaction of preschool, primary, secondary and vocational training teachers about the work environment, facilities and resources of the school according to different sociodemographic variables and responsibility positions. The information was collected among a sample of teachers from different regions of Spain, using an online questionnaire specifically written for this research. The questionnaire was answered by 2738 teachers. Cronbach reliability coefficient is .80. Descriptive analysis, media differences and multivariate analysis were performed. According to the results, teachers rate their general job satisfaction as medium-high. About the work environment, facilities and resources of the school is rated as medium-high.

About the work environment, facilities and resources of the school is rated as medium-high.El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo fundamental realizar un estudio exploratorio sobre la satisfacción laboral del profesorado de educación infantil, primaria, secundaria y formación profesional respecto al ambiente de trabajo, instalaciones y recursos del centro, de acuerdo con distintas variables sociodemográficas y cargos de responsabilidad. Para obtener dicha información se procedió a consultar a una muestra de profesorado de las distintas comunidades autónomas de España mediante un procedimiento on line, con un cuestionario elaborado específicamente. Respondieron al mismo 2738 docentes. Su coeficiente de fiabilidad de Cronbach es de .80. Se realizaron análisis descriptivos, diferencia de medias y análisis multivariado. Según los resultados obtenidos, el profesorado otorga una valoración media-alta a su satisfacción laboral general. El ambiente de trabajo, las instalaciones y los recursos del centro también están valorados como medio-altos.Os principais objetivos deste estudo são realizar um estudo exploratório sobre a satisfação no trabalho de professores na primeira infância, ensino fundamental, médio e profissional, com relação ao ambiente de trabalho, instalações e recursos do centro, de acordo com diferentes variáveis sociodemográficas e de cargo. responsabilidade.
