Good faith and the correct systematic interpretation of articles 1135 and 2022 of the Civil Code are important aspects that have been overlooked over the years, despite being essential to provide a coherent solution to this problem.This article dives deeper into this issue. The author urges the development of good faith in the articles mentioned and challenges for good faith interpretation. To support his claims, the author further analyzes a variety of Supreme Court cases and appeals.Los casos de doble venta inmobiliaria en nuestro país son resueltos por los jueces de la Corte Suprema con una diversidad de interpretaciones del Código Civil. La buena fe y la correcta interpretación sistemática de los artículos 1135 y 2022 del Código Civil son aspectos importantes que han sido desapercibidos a lo largo de los años, a pesar de ser esenciales para dar una solución coherente a esta problemática.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo el estudio de dicha situación. El autor hace hincapié en el desarrollo de la buena fe, en los artículos mencionados y propone una interpretación de los mismos.
