The Peruvian case called Lava Jato is not only important because of it White Collar nature, but also because of the economic and political consequences.The complexity of a judicial case is measured by its evidence and its implications, therefore, it is necessary to split the main elements of the plot, link them with the criminality that supports it and interpret our criminal rules in a coherent and sustainable manner over time. The importance and valuation of the unfair of the extraneus in cases of great corruption is a good example of that task. Los hechos delictivos complejos no sólo lo son por sus imbricados sistemas de coordinación e intervención, sino por el poder político y económico del que se asisten sus protagonistas. El caso peruano denominado no solo resulta de importancia debido a ser de aquellos realizados por aquellos con poder sino, además, por las consecuencias económicas y políticas.La complejidad de un caso judicial se mide por su probanza y sus implicaciones, por lo cual es necesario escindir los principales elementos de la trama, vincularlos con la criminalidad que le da soporte e interpretar nuestras normas penales de manera coherente y sostenible en el tiempo.
