The purpose of the referred measures is to prevent that this activity causes significant negative impacts on the environment, natural resources, and people’s health.El presente artículo describe las principales obligaciones y exigencias ambientales para la implementación de la infraestructura necesaria para la prestación de servicios públicos de telecomunicaciones tales como la obtención de instrumentos de gestión ambiental, el cumplimiento de los Límites Máximos Permisibles (LMP) y la observancia de principios ambientales.
