Finally, the author emphasizes that their interests may coincide; however, the purpose of the figures is not to supplant or subtract participation from each other. In view of the above, the author emphasizes the importance of both figures acting in a coordinated manner to achieve their objectives.El presente trabajo aborda la relación entre los sindicatos de empresa y la comunidad industrial, en tanto ambas figuras representan a la colectividad de trabajadores. El autor precisa las diferencias en la modalidad de creación, objetivos, composición y sus marcos normativos; destacando que la voluntad y obligatoriedad en su conformación como un elemento característico y distintivo. Por último, el autor remarca que sus intereses pueden coincidir; sin embargo, las figuras no tienen como finalidad suplantar o restarse participación entre sí.
