For this reason, various aspects related to the relevance of the radio spectrum are evaluated, including its demanial nature, the administrative authorization for its use, and its regulation. It also discusses crucial numbering issues, such as the Fundamental Technical Numbering Plan (PTFN), the management and supervision of this resource, the procedure for its allocation, the rights and obligations of numbering holders, and number portability. In this context, it is important to point towards a legal framework that guarantees an efficient and rational use of these resources by the sectoral administration, given their scarcity and the growing demand for services that depend on them.El presente artículo analiza los aspectos jurídicos relacionados con el empleo de recursos limitados en el sector de las telecomunicaciones, con un enfoque particular en el espectro radioeléctrico y la numeración. Por tal razón, se evalúan diversos aspectos relacionados a la relevancia del espectro radioeléctrico, incluyendo su naturaleza demanial, la habilitación administrativa para su utilización, y su regulación. Asimismo, se examinan temas cruciales de la numeración, tales como el Plan Técnico Fundamental de Numeración (PTFN), la gestión y supervisión de este recurso, el procedimiento para su asignación, los derechos y obligaciones de los titulares de la numeración, y la portabilidad numérica.
