Finally, the author notes that it is necessary to change this regime in order to guarantee effective economic protection against illegal decisions of the Regulatory State.El autor estudia el régimen de responsabilidad patrimonial de la Administración pública en el ordenamiento peruano, partiendo de las relaciones que guarda éste con el régimen de expropiación forzosa y las garantías que ofrece para hacer frente a los daños derivados de la actuación administrativa.
