The author of this paper seeks to analyze the extinction of the employment contract of household workers in disciplinary dismissal and withdrawal; examining judicial rulings, legal literature and the current state of the subject.En España, el Real Decreto 1620/2011 ha supuesto un acercamiento del empleo doméstico al régimen laboral común. Sin embargo, esto no sucedió con la extinción laboral que siguió las líneas comunes de su precedente.
