| Sumario: | In this paper I wish to contextualize the way in which Christian social thought has been received in Peru in recent years, to conclude by showing the coherence that the latest public documents of Pope Francis keep with that thought. I wish to argue, moreover, that they strengthen and apply it to two of the most important theoretical and practical problems facing humanity at this time: (i) the confusion about the nature of truth and belief, and (ii) the global climate crisis and its socio-economic causes and effects. |
