This article explores the life of Saya, a three year and ten months old child, whom reflects a slight autist condition. As the main study tool a neuropsychological evaluation was carried out and focused on psychobiology. This evaluation included the social cognition, which analyzes four different systems: social perception, socioaffective, mental attribution and inferential and executive, in order to start her therapeutic process. |

En los últimos años, este constructo ha tomado relevancia en la evaluación neuropsicológica, debido a que sienta las bases para el abordaje y pronóstico de la adaptación social en las personas de condición autista. El presente estudio explora la vida de Saya una niña de 3 años 10 meses, quien refleja un grado leve de la condición autista. Se realizó una evaluación neuropsicológica a base del enfoque psicobiológico que incluye la cognición social, el cual analiza cuatro sistemas percepción social, socioafectivo, atribución mental e inferencial y ejecutivo, con el fin de dar inicio a su proceso terapéutico.La cognition sociale est un processus neurodynamique qui restructure et organise le comportement social de la personne en fonction de l'espace et du temps. Au cours des dernières années, ce concept est devenu pertinent dans l’évaluation neuropsychologique, car il jette les bases de l’approche et du pronostic d’une adaptation sociale réussie chez les personnes autistes. La présente étude explore la vie de Saya, une fillette de 10 ans âgée de 3 ans, qui présente un léger degré d'autisme. Une évaluation neuropsychologique basée sur l'approche psychobiologique a été réalisée incluant la cognition sociale, qui analyse quatre systèmes : la perception sociale, l'attribution socio-affective, l'attribution mentale et inférentielle et l'exécutif, afin de démarrer leur processus thérapeutique.A cognição social é um processo neurodinâmico que reestrutura e organiza o comportamento social da pessoa em termos de espaço e tempo. Nos últimos anos, esse construto tornou-se relevante na avaliação neuropsicológica, uma vez que estabelece as bases para a abordagem e o prognóstico da adaptação social em pessoas com uma condição autista. O presente estudo explora a vida de Saya uma menina de 3 anos e 10 meses, que reflete um grau leve a condição autista.
