In this way, it is the companies themselves that must carry out internal policies to apply those standards. The author, initially, addresses the development of discrimination in Peru within a phenomenon of naturalization of discrimination and from there as it becomes internalized by eliminating its own elements. Starting from treating differently those who are in a different condition. And when differentiations are made between individuals and these are for objective and reasonable justifications. In the second part, the author addresses the legal framework against discrimination in Peru. To this end, it will refer to labor discrimination, discrimination against consumers, and the criminal treatment of discrimination. And in the face of all this legal scenario is complex compliance with that regulation because of the various factors that the author will explain. In the third part, it will be developed how discrimination must also be faced by companies and hence their corporate social responsibility. This could be reflected in an adequate recruitment policy plan, attention to the public and internal policies in accordance with the prevention of discrimination. Added to this, the concern about the lack of regulation regarding advertising is also relevant.Si bien el Estado peruano ha promulgado normas para frenar la discriminación en el ámbito laboral y empresarial aun su implementación es deficiente. De esta manera, son las propias empresas quienes deben llevar a cabo políticas internas para aplicar aquellas normas. El autor, en un inicio, aborda el desarrollo de la discriminación en el Perú dentro de un fenómeno de naturalización de discriminación y de allí como ello deviene en la interiorización de la misma al eliminar elementos propios. Partiendo de tratar de manera diferente a quienes se encuentran en una condición diferente. Y cuando se realice diferenciaciones entre individuos y sean estos por justificaciones objetivas y razonables. En la segunda parte, el autor aborda el marco legal contra la discriminación en el Perú. Para ello se remitirá a la discriminación laboral, discriminación hacia los consumidores, el tratamiento penal dela discriminación. Y frente a todo ese escenario jurídico es complejo el cumplimiento de aquella normatividad a causa de los distintos factores que el autor explicará. En la tercera parte se desarrollará como la discriminación debe ser enfrentada también por las empresas y de ahí su responsabilidad social empresarial. Ello se podría ver reflejado en una adecuada plan de política de contratación, la atención al público y unas políticas internas en concordancia de prevención de la discriminación.
