However, the complexity of the contracts in their different stages (negotiation, celebration and execution) means that in reality there are more parties involved than those who sign it in writing, since they have expressed their consent in a different way.El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad analizar la extensión del convenio arbitral a los no signatarios, teniendo en cuenta que en principio el arbitraje se caracteriza por el consenso de las partes que firman el convenio arbitral, de someterse a este mecanismo para resolver sus controversias.
