Finally, the authors address the overlap of non-signatory parties in the context of multiple contracts.El mundo globalizado exige operaciones contractuales cada vez más complejas. En ese contexto, los negcios han implementado multiples contratos conexos con el objetivo de conseguir un fin común.En el presente artículo, los autores analizan la compleja situación del arbitraje en el contexto de múltiples contratos. A través de la revisión de la jurisprudencia relevante, se describen las diversas soluciones que caracterizan un arbitraje frente a múltiples contratos.
