By delving into these aspects, the study seeks to discern the legal underpinnings shaping judicial determinations.Durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX, Perú inició la implementación de la reforma agraria, un proceso destinado a la reestructuración de tenencias de tierras. Dentro de este contexto, se realizaron las parcelaciones del fundo Huando, lo cual generó una serie de problemáticas de índole jurídica y política. El presente trabajo lleva a cabo un análisis de los problemas jurídicos surgidos a raíz de las parcelaciones del fundo Huando, centrándose en analizar las cuestiones administrativas para aportar precisiones teóricas adicionales. En ese sentido, se analizarán los pronunciamientos del tribunal agrario, dentro del contexto de la parcelación, con el fin de obtener un entendimiento más profundo de los aspectos procesales y administrativos involucrados.
