Gender discrimination is one of the most common. Not only are women discriminated against, but also everything that represents «feminine». Discrimination takes root in societies, becoming structural. Currently, there are abundant local and international regulations, but structural discriminatory schemes contrive to turn these regulatory blocks into social «aesthetic makeup», blocking effective access to rights and justice.Las diferencias entre las personas corresponden a la naturaleza misma y son utilizadas para discriminar por los grupos hegemónicos acomodados. La legitimación que hacen los practicantes de la discriminación se apoya en su necesidad de mantenerse empoderados, porque se benefician socialmente. Además, el rédito de este acto avanza hasta el plano psicológico, pues los regocija en autoestima y egocentrismo. La discriminación por género suele ser la más común, pero no solo se discrimina a la mujer, sino a todo lo que represente «femenino». Lamentablemente, las discriminaciones se arraigan en las sociedades haciéndose estructurales. En la actualidad, existen abundantes normas locales e internacionales, pero desde los esquemas discriminatorios estructurales se ingenian para que dichos bloques normativos sean simples «maquillajes estéticos sociales»; de esta manera, se obtura el acceso efectivo a los derechos y a la justicia.As diferenças entre as pessoas correspondem à própria natureza e são utilizadas por grupos hegemónicos e abastados para discriminar. A legitimação dos profissionais é apoiada pela necessidade de permanecerem empoderados, beneficiandose socialmente. O lucro avança para o nível psicológico que se alegra com a autoestima e o egocentrismo. A discriminação de género é uma das mais comuns. Não só as mulheres são discriminadas, mas também tudo o que representa o «feminino». A discriminação enraízase nas sociedades, tornandose estrutural.
