Sumario:The differences between people correspond to nature itself and are used by hegemonic, welloff groups to discriminate. The legitimation of practitioners is supported by the need to remain empowered; they benefit socially. The profit advances to the psychological level that rejoices in selfesteem and egocentrism. Gender discrimination is one of the most common. Not only are women discriminated against, but also everything that represents «feminine». Discrimination takes root in societies, becoming structural. Currently, there are abundant local and international regulations, but structural discriminatory schemes contrive to turn these regulatory blocks into social «aesthetic makeup», blocking effective access to rights and justice.
