It shows the great importance and practical usefulness of the 100 Brasilia Rules in the treatment and accompaniment of the victim during the work carried out by the Public Prosecutor’s Office to defend their violated rights. It mentions the challenges posed by the imposition of quarantine at the institutional level. Also, the consequences of quarantine, for example, the increase in the number of victims among the vulnerable population.El presente artículo estudia los diversos problemas que enfrentan las víctimas para acceder a la justicia en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria ocasionada por la COVID-19. Se manifiesta la gran importancia y utilidad práctica que poseen las 100 Reglas de Brasilia en el tratamiento y el acompañamiento de la víctima durante el trabajo que realiza el Ministerio Público en aras de la defensa de sus derechos vulnerados.
