To this end, the principles of concentration, celerity, and procedural economy are taken into account. Likewise, as a proposal, procedural aspects that could be deployed or resolved in the aforementioned hearing are postulated.En el presente estudio se realiza un análisis de la efectividad de la conciliación en el proceso laboral tramitado en la Corte Superior de Justicia de La Libertad, y se aborda la necesidad de aprovechar la programación y el desarrollo de la audiencia de conciliación para implementar mecanismos que permitan optimizar la audiencia de tramitación del proceso laboral. Para ello, se tiene en cuenta los principios de concentración, celeridad y economía procesal.
