| Sumario: | This article determines the importance of conciliation in labor processes, the modification of subsection 1 of article 43 of the NLPT is proposed, which establishes three cases in which the defendant’s automatic defiance is declared, and it is proposed to modify the numeral 1 of article 49, on the answer to the claim, which must be resolved before the single hearing, as well as the transfer must take place within three days of the hearing, in order not to violate the right to defense and to due process. |
