The foregoing, based on various international instruments, such as: articles 8 and 25 of the American Convention on Human Rights (ACHR), articles 2, 13 and 21 Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities; Rules 58, 59, 60, 77 and 78 of the Brasilia Rules, among others. Consequently, in this article, the work that has been carried out by the judiciary in the aforementioned countries with the primary purpose of protecting and guaranteeing the human right of access to justice for children and adolescents will be analyzed as a synthesis. people with disabilities, in compliance with its internal regulations and international instruments.

Con la finalidad de garantizar el acceso a la justicia para el sector antes mencionado, los poderes judiciales en diversos países, entre ellos México, Perú, Argentina y España, han establecido una política jurisdiccional, procurando redactar algunas sentencias en formato de lectura fácil por parte de los titulares de la administración de justicia en asuntos donde se encuentran involucradas NNA y personas con discapacidad, ello con fundamento en diversos instrumentos internacionales tales como los artículos 8 y 25 de la Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos (CADH), artículos 2, 13 y 21 de la Convención sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad; Reglas 58, 59, 60, 77 y 78 de las Reglas de Brasilia, entre otros. En consecuencia, en el presente artículo se analizará a manera de síntesis el trabajo que han venido desarrollando por parte de los poderes judiciales en los países citados anteriormente con la finalidad primordial de proteger y garantizar el derecho humano de acceso a la justicia de las NNA y personas con discapacidad, en cumplimiento a su normativa interna y a los instrumentos internacionales.Crianças, adolescentes e pessoas com deficiência constituem um grupo social particularmente vulnerável em nossa sociedade; suas famílias enfrentam obstáculos diários que restringem e limitam o pleno exercício de seus direitos humanos, bem como sua inclusão na sociedade e o direito humano de acesso à justiça. A fim de garantir o acesso à justiça para o setor mencionado, os judiciários de vários países, incluindo México, Peru, Argentina e Espanha, estabeleceram uma política jurisdicional, buscando redigir algumas sentenças em um formato de fácil leitura pelos responsáveis pela administração da justiça em casos envolvendo crianças e pessoas com deficiência, com base em vários instrumentos internacionais, como os artigos 8 e 25 da Convenção Americana sobre Direitos Humanos (ACHR), os artigos 2, 13 e 21 da Convenção sobre os Direitos das Pessoas com Deficiência; Regras 58, 59, 60, 77 e 78 das Regras de Brasília, entre outras.
