The increase in the rates of complaints for intrafamily violence is a reflection of the levels of conflict among those who make it up, the most affected part being the children, who in turn become the reason for disputes between the parents over their possession, visits and food, generating acts of violence between parents that have repercussions on the children, in view of which, it is the role of judges to proactively assume the issuance not only of the protection measures provided by law, but also of precautionary measures on those points in dispute and that should be resolved on the merits with the urgency of the case and with the guarantees of due process before the competent court. The experience that is shared is framed within that purpose of guaranteeing in the best way the protection of victims, access to justice and the cessation of violence. |

Ante este hecho, es rol de los jueces asumir de forma proactiva la emisión no solamente de las medidas de protección previstas por ley, sino también de medidas cautelares sobre esos puntos en disputa, y que deberían resolverse con la urgencia del caso y con las garantías del debido proceso ante el juzgado competente. La experiencia que se comparte está enmarcada en ese propósito: garantizar de la mejor manera la protección a las víctimas, el acceso a la justicia y el cese de la violencia.O aumento dos índices de denúncias de violência doméstica é reflexo dos níveis de conflito entre aqueles que compõem o grupo familiar, sendo os mais afetados os filhos, que por sua vez passam a ser motivo de disputas entre os pais pela sua posse. , visitas e alimentação, gerando atos de violência que impactam as crianças. Diante deste fato, cabe aos juízes assumir proativamente a emissão não só das medidas de proteção previstas em lei, mas também de medidas cautelares sobre os pontos em disputa, e que devem ser resolvidos com a urgência do caso e com as garantias do devido processo perante o tribunal competente.
