For this purpose, it will be analyzed the poem «Justicia» (Justice) by the Peruvian poet Blanca Varela, published in her poetry book Canto villano and the interpretation of the aphorism «la ley es la ley» (the law is the law) by Mario Montalbetti in El más crudo invierno (The harshest winter).Este texto ensayístico busca una aproximación literaria y filológica a algunos problemas centrales de la teoría del derecho, como el sentido originario de la justicia y la obediencia a la norma jurídica. Para ello, se analiza el poema «Justicia» de la poeta peruana Blanca Varela, publicado en su poemario Canto villano, y se acota una interpretación del aforismo «la ley es la ley», realizada por Mario Montalbetti en El más crudo invierno.
