In this understanding, the deterioration is mainly due to the fall in gas exports, reserves and the increase in external debt and fuel imports, as reflected in historical data and where we have identified the four inflection stages. In the last stage, it was characterized by a shortage of dollars and a high demand for it by citizens and the government, added to the lack of transparency in the disclosure of information on net international reserves and dependence on non-renewable resources gives as result in deteriorating economic growth. In addition, Bolivia is characterized by not promoting science, knowledge, qualified human capital, research, development and technological innovation, which led to a high informal labor level and insufficient productive sustainability in foreign currency.El objetivo de este artículo, es ofrecer una visión general del deterioro del crecimiento económico de Bolivia, en el período 2013 al 2022, principalmente de estas variables macroeconómicas de estudio como son la exportación del gas natural, las reservas internacionales netas, la deuda externa y las importaciones de carburantes de diésel y gasolina, cada una de estas variables son dependientes de la moneda extranjera dólares. En este entendido, el deterioro se debe principalmente por la caída de la exportación de gas, las reservas y el incremento de la deuda externa y la importación de carburantes, tal como nos reflejan los datos históricos y donde identificamos las cuatro etapas de inflexión. En la última etapa, se caracterizó con una escasez de dólares y una alta demanda de la misma por los ciudadanos y el gobierno, sumada la falta de transparencia en la divulgación de información de las reservas internacionales netas y depender de los recursos no renovables da como resultado un deterioro del crecimiento económico.
