The objective of this article is to offer a general vision of the deterioration of the economic growth of Bolivia, in the period 2013 to 2022, mainly of these macroeconomic variables of study such as the export of natural gas, net international reserves, external debt and imports of diesel and gasoline fuels, each of these variables are dependent on the foreign currency dollars. In this understanding, the deterioration is mainly due to the fall in gas exports, reserves and the increase in external debt and fuel imports, as reflected in historical data and where we have identified the four inflection stages. The objective of this article is to provide an overview of the economic, social, community and productive model of Bolivia from 2006 to 2022, the model seeks mainly to maintain stable prices, i.e. low inflation with a control on domestic prices through the fixed exchange rate and international prices with fuel subsidies that are affected by the price of oil. Information and Communication Technologies, and specifically the Internet have enabled governments to maintain a permanent channel of communication with its citizens, by which it seeks greater participation by them and improved transparency and accountability, thereby reducing possibilities for corruption. In this context, the objective of this research is twofold: On one hand, assessing the degree of public economic and financial information that the central governments of the countries of Central America disseminate through their websites, and on the other, identifying environmental factors that may be associated with the level of public financial information disclosed through the Internet.
