This study aims to enhance a specific warehouse by implementing the 5S, using a pre-experimental design. Results reveal a significant improvement in warehouse management after the 5S implementation at the Municipality, supported by normality tests. It is confirmed that the 5S enhances warehouse management, endorsing the alternative hypothesis.La gestión eficaz de almacenes es crucial en las operaciones logísticas de las empresas, pero se enfrentan desafíos, especialmente en etapas críticas de entrega. Los almacenes municipales a nivel internacional carecen de inspección y eficiencia debido a la falta de políticas adecuadas. Según el Banco Mundial, Perú tiene deficiencias en la gestión de almacenes y productividad. Este estudio busca mejorar un almacén específico mediante la implementación de las 5S, utilizando un diseño preexperimental. Los resultados muestran un aumento significativo en la gestión del almacén después de la implementación de las 5S en la Municipalidad, respaldado por pruebas de normalidad.
