It will also specify the method of teacher performance evaluation and its limitations.El objetivo de esta investigación es llevar a cabo un análisis de textos sobre el rendimiento laboral desde una breve perspectiva teórica y un examen del concepto señalado. Por lo tanto, el fin del artículo es investigar la noción epistemológica y las definiciones de varios autores sobre el rendimiento de los docentes. A su vez, se detallarán las acciones y comportamientos que realizan los trabajadores a lo largo del tiempo, estableciendo los fundamentos del concepto de rendimiento laboral que contribuyen a lograr los fines establecidos por las instituciones educativas.
