Investigate the objective: Determine the relationship between strategic planning and the quality of educational service in students of the Faculty of Psychology of the Federico Villarreal University. The work sample consisted of 168 students to whom two questionnaires were applied to measure the variables strategic planning and quality of the educational service, instruments that passed through the validity of expert judgment and reliability through a pilot sample. The results were analyzed using the Excel spreadsheet and the SPSS statistical program. At the descriptive level, statistical tables and ranges have been used to determine the predominant levels of the variables; At the inferential level, the parametric statistics, Pearson's r, were used at a significance level of 0.05. The results found show that strategic planning is directly, moderately and significantly related to the quality of educational service in students. student subjects of the study sample. Likewise, the strategic planning is shown to correlate significantly with all dimensions of the quality of the educational service.

Likewise, the strategic planning is shown to correlate significantly with all dimensions of the quality of the educational service.Para llegar a la calidad de la educación, debemos considerar que, lo más importante es la satisfacción del cliente, con el coste más bajo posible, que el proceso de calidad se inicia con la detección de problemas y limitaciones por parte de los directivos de los planteles ya que la gestión de la calidad se fundamenta en el desarrollo continuo de planes integrales, no en la ejecución de simples acciones aisladas o puntuales. Investiga el objetivo: Determinar la relación existente entre la planificación estratégica y la calidad del servicio educativo en los estudiantes de la facultad de psicología de la Universidad Federico Villarreal. La muestra de trabajo estuvo formada por 168 alumnos a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios para realizar la medición de las variables planificación estratégica y calidad del servicio educativo, instrumentos que pasaron por validez de juicio de expertos y confiabilidad a través de una muestra piloto. Los resultados se analizaron a través de la hoja de cálculo de Excel y el programa estadístico de SPSS. En el nivel descriptivo, se han utilizado tablas estadísticas y rangos para determinar los niveles predominantes de las variables; en el nivel inferencial, se o uso la estadística paramétrica, r de Pearson a un nivel de significancia del 0, 05. Los resultados encontrados demuestran que la planificación estratégica se relaciona de manera directa, moderada y significativa con la calidad del servicio educativo en los estudiantes sujetos de la muestra de estudio.
